Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-05
These terms govern your use of Pharmalite AI. They are written to be readable. If something is unclear, email us and ask. We would rather fix the wording than rely on your patience.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using TabDriver, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
Pharmalite operates AI software tools, including TabDriver, a browser extension that lets an AI agent operate a web browser on your instruction. The Service includes the websites, the extension, and any related accounts or APIs.
We may add, change, or retire features. We will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces functionality you have paid for.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the paid Service.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your password secure.
- Notify us promptly at admin@pharmalite.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
- Send malware, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, except where law expressly permits it.
- Use TabDriver in a way that breaches a third party's terms, including a website's rules on automated access.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to cause harm to another person.
Automated browsing carries real-world consequences. TabDriver can click, submit forms, and act on your accounts. You are solely responsible for what your agent does. We are not liable for actions taken by the agent on your instruction, including transactions you authorise.
5. Your AI providers
TabDriver connects to third-party AI providers that you select. Those providers process your prompts and responses undertheir own terms, not ours. We do not control them and are not responsible for their output.
Model output is not always correct. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification. In particular,TabDriver is not a medical device and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or advise on medical matters.
6. Experimental sign-in integrations
TabDriver may offer sign-in through third-party services such as ChatGPT or GitHub. These integrations are experimental. They depend on third-party OAuth programs that may be changed, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice, and using them may breach those providers' terms.
We do not recommend purchasing a premium third-party subscription on the strength of these integrations. For anything you depend on, use your own API key. We may remove any integration without notice.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
- You can cancel from your account or by emailing us.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Their terms govern the payment itself.
You are responsible for taxes on your purchase, except where Indian law requires us to collect them.
8. Seats and devices
Business plans include a limited number of seats. Each seat is licensed to one person and may be bound to a limited number of devices.
- Adding a seat is immediate.
- Transferring an existing seat between people requires a request and is reviewed, because abrupt transfer could let one person avoid the trial limit.
- You are responsible for keeping seat credentials confidential.
9. Free trial
We offer a trial on paid plans. One trial per person or organisation. We may end or restrict a trial if we detect abuse, including creating multiple accounts to extend it.
10. Reviews and rewards
We may offer promotional credits in exchange for a genuine written review. The review must be your own honest experience. Reviews that are misleading, incentivised without disclosure, or about a product you did not use may be removed and any associated credit withdrawn.
11. Self-hosted deployments
For business customers we may deploy an open-weight model on infrastructure you control. That service is governed by a separate written agreement. In such deployments we act as an implementation contractor; you are responsible for the security, availability, and licensing of what runs in your environment.
12. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by Pharmalite or its licensors and protected by Indian and international law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it, except where you have a separate written agreement.
13. Third-party services
The Service links to or integrates with third-party services, including AI providers, payment processors, and MCP servers you choose to connect. We do not control them and are not liable for their content, availability, or conduct. Connecting an MCP server gives it the permissions you grant; review what you connect.
14. Our warranties, and their limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in thetwelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and close your account by emailing us. On termination, your right to use paid features ends immediately; see theRefund Policy.
18. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them, and we will email account holders. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, you may close your account.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts atJhansi, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before bringing proceedings, please write to us first. Most disputes are resolved by a reply.
20. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
